SHIPPING

TROPHYWIFE ships worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Upon dispatch you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number.

DOMESTIC

All domestic orders are delivered by Australia Post Parcel Post.

Standard shipping: $10 AUD (estimated delivery timeframe: 2-6 business days)
Express shipping: $13 AUD (estimated delivery timeframe: 1-3 business days)

INTERNATIONAL

TROPHYWIFE offers free DHL Express shipping on all international orders over $100USD. Shipping fees for orders under $100USD are calculated at checkout. 

Please note that TROPHYWIFE is not responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties that may be levied when the package reaches the destination country. These additional fees are charged at the customer’s expense. If your order incurs import duties once it reaches the destination country, DHL will contact you with payment instructions. If you do not make payment within the given period the goods will be returned to us. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned due to unpaid duties.

ASIA 3-9 working days.

NORTH AMERICA 5-10 working days.

UK 3-5 working days.

EUROPE 5-10 working days.

RETURNS

TROPHYWIFE accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@trophywife.ltd with your order number to request a return form.

TROPHYWIFE has strict returns standards. Please read the following requirements carefully. 

  • Goods must be returned in original, brand new and unwashed condition with no signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned in all original packaging with all tags remaining attached.
  • When trying on garments, please be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may stain and beware of jewellery that may snag fabric. Returns with any stains, snags or odours will be rejected.

If an item is returned and does not meet the standards of the Returns Policy, a refund will be denied and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. 

Customers are advised to send their returns by tracked shipping methods only. The order remains the responsibility of the customer until it is successfully delivered to the return address. 

Once your return is received and accepted you will receive a full refund to the payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to process.

Please note, any import duties and taxes charged by customs authorities in the destination country are not included in order refunds. The customer can seek advice from local customs authorities to request a refund on any import fees. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of TROPHYWIFE and are subject to stock availability. 

Customers may request an exchange via email. If granted, your replacement garment will only be shipped once the original order has been returned, inspected and approved. Goods returned for an exchange are subject to all rules of the Returns Policy

 

Please note, the cost of shipping exchanged goods is incurred by the customer. 
International Flat Rate Shipping: $35 AUD
Domestic Flat Rates Shipping: $12 AUD
Exchanges will be dispatched through the original courier service (DHL Worldwide Express for international or Australia Post Express for domestic).
